Clovis Najm

Chairman, CEO and Founder

In his high profile role at Mobio Identity Systems Mr. Najm is responsible for formulating business and technology strategies as well as managing and growing the business. He brings significant entrepreneurship, e-commerce, product marketing and technology sales expertise to the company. Mr. Najm joined Mobio from Non-Elephant Encryption Systems where he was VP of Marketing. His responsibilities included development of the overall marketing strategy for initial Ne² commercialization including positioning, branding and public relations. Prior to that, Mr. Najm conceived and implemented business and sales plans for numerous Internet-based technology start-ups. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Victoria, Canada and a Graduate Study Certificate of the European Union from the University of Rouen, France.

Tim Baur

Chief Technical Officer

With over 15 years of technical management and experience building large scale, high transactional infrastructure and applications, Tim Baur is responsible for overseeing and implementing Mobio's technology strategy. As the Chief Technology Officer, he is focused on building the Mobio services, ensuring scalability and consistency between end-user, business and engineering requirements. Prior to Mobio, Baur was the Vice President of Technology at MovieSet, developing a next generation social media platform for behind-the-scenes film production. As the Director of Engineering Operations for Sxip Identity, he managed systems, security and the development of the Sxip Access product line, which was sold to Ping Identity. Prior to that, Baur was an information security consultant with HSBC. Here he ensured compliance with processes for managing operational risk and worked on identity management and standards development. Prior to HSBC, he held senior management positions with both RSA Security and Xcert International Inc.

Mark Binns

Chief Marketing Officer

Mark Binns brings over fourteen years of experience building customer-driven marketing strategies and customer experience programs to Mobio. Mark has founded, built, and sold two consulting companies that provided strategic advice on customer acquisition and revenue growth to Fortune 1000 technology companies including RIM, Cisco and Rogers. As a member of the leadership team at Mobio, Mark is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan. This includes growing the Mobio Community profitably and rolling out partner marketing programs to help merchants grow their business.

Mark is a Dean's Honors graduate of the Ivey MBA program and Scholar Graduate of the Computer Science Honors program at Acadia University. Mark has led his companies to PROFIT HOT 50 and PROFIT HOT 100 awards, and was nominated by Dean Carol Stephenson of the Richard Ivey School of Business for the prestigious business award of Canada's "Top 40 Under 40".

Andrew Csinger

Strategic Advisor

Dr. Csinger is advisor to a number of startup companies. He is Entrepreneur in Residence and Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia. In 1996 he founded Xcert Software, a technology leader in internet security that was later acquired by RSA Technologies. He was recently Executive VP of Product Strategy and Development at Dategrity Corp., a developer of privacy technology. Andrew was CIO at Group Telecom from its inception through its successful initial public offering, where he developed and operated the first PKI Certification Authority and Repository to be licensed under Washington State Digital Signature legislation. This work influenced the adoption of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act of 2000 and was an early model for the adoption of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

Rob Murray

Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Murray is responsible for formulating distribution strategy based on his market and technology research. He will develop distribution channels for Mobio technology and evaluate technology transfer, licensing, and develop partnerships.

Mr. Murray started his career at Fincentric where he worked in sales and marketing for ten years and left the company to join NetUpdate where he grew company sales by 250% as the Executive VP of sales. Prior to his return to Vancouver in 2004 and working at various consulting roles, and he was the Director of Enterprise Partner and Solutions at Microsoft for Asia Pacific.

Leanne Pawluk

Vice President of Communications

Ms. Pawluk brings 16 years of corporate, agency and freelance experience to Mobio Identity. For the past decade, her marketing public relations consultancy has been providing strategic advice to global technology companies including Cognos, iPlanet, IBM, Cisco Systems, Adobe, Hewlett Packard, ADP, and the US Naval Reserve. Leanne graduated summa cum laude from the University of British Columbia with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in creative writing for media. She has also studied Communication Science at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA and Advertising Theory at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, BC.

Brian O'Higgins

Mr. O'Higgins provides guidance on Company operations and security strategy. He is involved in the weekly operations of the company and represents the Company to the larger security market. He holds an equity stake in the Company.

Woods Fairbanks

Woods Fairbanks is currently Echo Archives Manager at Microsoft. Prior to that, he was a Software Test Engineer for Windows OS; was End-User Support Manager with Walt Disney Enterprises in Tokyo, and a Financial Analyst with Salomon Brothers in NYC. He graduated from Sophia University with a BS in Business-Economics in 1989. Mr. Fairbanks also has a MLIS degree from the University of Washington (2006) and a post-master's ARM degree from Western Washington University (2008).

Steven Giacona

Steven Giacona is founder and managing member of Round Table Services, LLC. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and has over 20 years of experience in advising individuals and families on complex tax and investment matters. Mr. Giacona was ranked in Barron's 2007 list of top 50 Registered Investment Advisors and recognized in Worth Magazine's 2007 Top 100 Wealth Advisors. He is a member of the Economic Club of New York; and is a Trustee of the St. Pauls Episcopal Church Memorial Endowment Trust.

Honorable Richard Fairbanks

Mr. Fairbanks offers guidance on the Company's Non-Profit and Government Strategy. Ambassador Richard Fairbanks is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Layalina Productions, Inc. He is also a Counselor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he was previously President and CEO.
